Refund policy

Returns

A-Tech Components accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. The 30-day return period applies to standard product returns. After 30 days, products are no longer eligible for return but may qualify for repair or replacement under the applicable Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Returns are generally accepted for the following situations:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Item damaged during transit
  • Product defective upon arrival
  • Standard return of a product in new condition

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item is in original condition
  • No signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification
  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories included
  • Valid proof of purchase provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund or restocking fee at A-Tech Components’ discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or labels
  • Items acknowledging physical damage not caused by shipping
  • Products used outside normal operating conditions or improperly installed
  • Clearance or final sale items unless defective

 

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by A-Tech Components. Contact info@a-techcomponents.com or call 1-866-557-4527. Returns received without a valid RMA may be refused. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, A-Tech Components will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement with the same or functionally equivalent product
  • Store credit
  • Refund limited to the original purchase price paid

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and are not adjusted for current market price or replacement cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective, the wrong item was shipped, or the item was damaged in transit. A-Tech Components is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.

For higher-value items, the following is strongly recommended:

  • Use a trackable shipping service
  • Purchase shipping insurance

 

Limitation

A-Tech Components reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet policy requirements, limit quantities on excessive returns, and deny returns suspected of fraud or abuse.
