A-Tech Components Limited Lifetime Warranty
What is Covered
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions for this product.
What is Not Covered
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from use outside the intended purpose or environment, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, excessive or unstable electrical supply, unauthorized disassembly or modification, natural disasters, environmental events, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or compatibility issues with non-supported systems. This warranty is not eligible for any products on which the product or warranty label has been altered, removed, damaged, or rendered difficult or impossible to decipher such that the serial number is falsified, missing, or no longer discernible.
How Long Does this Coverage Last
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for the lifetime of the product beginning on the original date of purchase and applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Coverage does not apply to failures caused by wear and tear, product obsolescence, incompatibility with newer systems, or external causes.
Who is Covered
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
How to Obtain Services
To obtain warranty service, you must contact A-Tech Components or the authorized seller from whom the product was purchased.
If a return is required, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting A-Tech Components Customer Service at +1 (866) 557-4527.
All return shipments must clearly display the assigned RMA number on the package. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused.
What A-Tech Components Will Do
At its sole discretion, A-Tech Components will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair of the product, replacement with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or a refund limited to the original purchase price paid by the original purchaser. Any refund issued shall not include any adjustment for current market value, replacement cost, or price fluctuations. The remedies described above are the exclusive remedies available under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
What A-Tech Components Will Not Do Under this Limited Warranty
A-Tech Components is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipments to A-Tech Components. Customers are responsible for proper packaging and insurance of returned products. A-Tech Components will not cover costs related to removal, installation, re-installation, configuration, system setup, adjustments, programming, or diagnostic expenses.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by A-Tech Components. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of A-Tech Components
Limitation of Liability
A-Tech Components is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of content or data, or any costs associated with troubleshooting, diagnosing, removing, servicing, or installing any products sold or supplied by A-Tech Components.
A-Tech Components is not liable for any losses or damages attributable to third-party software, connected equipment, or stored data.
A-Tech Components’ total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
